Examination of eyes at Saoji Vision Clinic is done using all the latest equipment by Optometrists who have the required skills in dealing with varied vision ailments and very good experience for years. It provides the best eye examination ever. Checking the eyes for eyesight is only the beginning of any eye examination. This is a unique facility available at our clinic and is different from routine eye examination.We assess the risk of your child developing myopia, (minus prescription in glasses) and keep a watch on how it is progressively increasing if the power is already present.
High minus powers may be associated sight threatening complications in the late adulthood. By using overnight wear contact lenses, special type of spectacle lenses, undergoing vision thera and use of eye drops myopia can be controlled by approximately of 60% or more. If you or your spouse is wearing minus power in spectacles we strongly recommend you get the Myopia risk assessment done for your child.
Our examination may take more time than the previous one you may have had. Many of the tests done at Saoji Vision care may not be familiar to you. Please bear with us and the end result would be to your satisfaction. Rarely more than one visit may be required and few special tests may be recommended are. We also have the latest Low vision aids that can help people with damaged Retinae having poor central or peripheral vision.

> Corneal topography, stereopsis, colour vision tests and A scan bio-metery would

We aim to change the basic eye examination protocol that is extensively followed. Regular eye exams often miss out on the speciality vision care tests.
